I think it should be "mam mam mam mammm". He did start with things like "da da da da" and "mmmmm" some months back, but now it appears that this "mam" is clearly associated with requests for food for milk and for mommy :D

This morning while mommy showered Ean Shaw...
mommy: Ean Shaw, can you count how many penguines are there on this wall?
ean shaw: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Seven!
mommy: How about that wall, how many penguines are there on that wall?
ean shaw: One, two,three. Three!
mommy: So, Ean Shaw, if you add the seven penguines and three penguines and put them together how many penguines are there all together?
ean shaw: er... ten?
mommy: (to herself) wow, is this real?

Baby is very musical... at least for development he is talking and showing musical inclinations much better than other things eg. jumping (one leg followed by the other leg), playing at playground (commentary more than action), catching balls (oh where), reading (=carrying the chair here and there), coloring (the whole world is blue colour, so why do colouring?).
So ya he sings and dance.
Yesterday, daddy and mommy says: wow look at the nice starry sky, all the stars are out!
Baby sings: twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are, up above the world so high, like a diamond in the sky, twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are x 3 repeats
Yesterday too, when we passed him the handphone to talk to popo, he sings his favourite barney song: I love you, you love me, we're a happy family...
Baby also loves to sing variations of elmo song and today he sang the bye bye car version [adapted from bye bye van version] while on the way to breakfast, of course with his signature ending mark of "car car!"
He also sings birthday songs (never-ending version) and other songs and er-ges that he learn from playgroup or from popo. And his sense of rhythm is get better and better whenever he dances to the songs from the radio.
And so the kiasu mommy went to inquire about music courses at yamaha today, only to find out that they can only learn instruments at 6, so that's good news, we can save the money till he goes primary 1, yeah!

He finally gave us inspiration for his name :)
I told daddy that this name was god-given, never recalled how it came about, even had to search my handphone for the the most suitable word and then ohhhh it was there. And the criteria was that both of us have to like it and agree, which we did. The new baby's name shall be Kea Noe (to be pronouced as Keah-Know). Sounds strange eh? As usual, it is translated from THE CHINESE VERSION, which I think is really nice. If you are interested to know, I suggest you can continue to guess, hahaha ;)

Got this What is Your World View quiz from Steve Pavlina's link.
This is mine and not too bad I guess :)
You Scored as Idealist
Idealism centers around the belief that we are moving towards something greater. An odd mix of evolutionist and spiritualist, you see the divine within ourselves, waiting to emerge over time. Many religious traditions express how the divine spirit lost its identity, thus creating our world of turmoil, but in time it will find itself and all things will again become one.
Idealist 88% Cultural Creative 75% Existentialist 63% Postmodernist 56% Fundamentalist 38% Materialist 31% Modernist 31% Romanticist 25%

Daniel Chan wrote the lyrics himself quite impressive.
七十年后
曲:宇珩 词:陈晓东
妈妈 第—句开口说的话
怕怕
拨电话没有人接答
抱抱
或许很久才回来吧
原来这是需要一个人才有的牵挂

We had a nice family time at the Singapore Flyer today + it is a slight drizzling day, wow! :) Though the name is rather silly, the Flyer structure is quite nice. So I was in a rare photo-taking mood and here you see Ean Shaw with the Flyer and nice views of the Flyer against a grey-cloudy-raining sky and Singaporescape.
